COVID-19 UPDATE

Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers, so we completely redesigned our production and fulfillment center to comply with state recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines.

What does this mean for you?

  • Processing times may be delayed. Generally processing times are within 3-5 business days* although currently those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions. We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
  • Our carriers are practicing social distancing and following COVID-19 precautions. This may mean some delays.

How soon will I get a response?

Email response time is within 48 hours. Please note that this timeframe may be extended during and immediately after launches/sales.

ORDERS

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Am I able to cancel my order?

To make sure you receive your items ASAP, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it.

Am I able to return an item?

No refunds or cancelations are issued.  Store Credit and Exchanges only.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a free return policy so please note exchanges will be at your own cost.

You must contact us before sending any items. Do so by using our Contact Form or our email, Bonjour@BoujeeBeauty.net.   

Make sure to send all packages through USPS. We are not responsible for any lost returns in transit.

Please be advised, any items returned with stains or damages will be sent back to you.

Why was my order canceled?

If you’ve recently placed an order and received an email about the cancellation of your order, we sincerely apologize. Order cancellations will typically occur for several reasons after your order was submitted.

  • The item(s) sold out.
  • There is a delay in replenishment of your item(s).
  • We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order. If this is possibly the case, please contact your credit card issuer or bank first to verify that your billing information is correct

In addition to your order cancellation email, you will receive a refund via your original form of payment within 7-10 business days. This timeframe will be dependent upon your bank.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. To ensure that this goes into your inbox please add Bonjour@BoujeeBeauty.net to your contacts.

If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How long does order processing take?

We do our best to ship your order the following business day. Sometimes it can take up to 3-4 days to process your order before its shipped.

Some of our products are made individually per order at our fulfillment center. These products may take up to 6 days to be fulfilled. We appreciate your patience during this process.

What if I have not received part of my order?

If you are missing part of your order, please check:

  • Your dispatch email, if your order is going to be sent in multiple parts then your dispatch email will only include some of the items you ordered, you will then get another dispatch email. You will also receive multiple tracking numbers.
  • The receipt/invoice in the bag, this will show the items you should have received in this parcel. If you have everything that is on the invoice the rest of your order will come separately.
  • Please note that some of our items are created per order, these items include Phone Cases, Covid-Masks, and some Hoodies. These items may take a bit longer to arrive.

I received incorrect item(s) or a wrong order, what do I do?

We know how frustrating this can be. Rest assured, we want to make every order perfect for our Boujee Babes. Please follow the applicable steps below:

  • Provide the order number associated with the item(s) in question
  • Provide clear photo(s) of the damaged/defective item(s)
  • A detailed description of the issue with the item(s)

You will need to report your faulty or damaged item(s) received within 7 days of your package delivery date.

You can be assured that shopping at Boujee Beauty is safe! We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit/debit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.

How often do you restock?

We aim to restock every 2 weeks, but dates vary based on product availability.

You may sign up for restock alerts on any sold out product page by entering your number or email. You can also join our email list by creating an account on BoujeeBeauty.net to become an VIP Boujee Babe. We also frequently post about restocks on our Instagram page and story. (@BoujeeBeauty.co)

International Shipping Rates

$16 Flat Fee for all International orders.

Free International Shipping over $150

Standard international shipping takes anywhere from 7-21 business days.

We are not responsible for any customs charges, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to your local carrier or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the parcel has left the United States.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are sent via email. If you do not see it, you may need to check your spam folder.

What method is used for shipping?

All packages are shipped with USPS with the exception of some international orders.

My package shows it was delivered but I did not receive it. What now?

Often, a parcel is marked as "delivered" when it arrives at a processing facility, or as soon as the order has been processed over to the new tracking system. If your package is not outside/in your mailbox please note that USPS delivery vehicles also use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day. Please check additional areas outside of your home such as the porch, or check in with your neighbors to see if they may have picked it up. If it does not arrive within the next few business days we recommend contacting your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your local post office. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information. If the package still does not show up, please call USPS file a claim. Boujee Beauty cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the post office or stolen from a property. Thank you for understanding!

My package could not be delivered, what do I do now?

If your package was returned to our P.O. Box, it may be due to one of the following reasons: Invalid or incomplete shipping address. You will receive an email from us letting you know that your package was returned to us.

If you would still like to receive your order, we will need a new and valid address from you, then we will send you a Shipping Invoice via email.

How much will it cost to reship my order?

$6 for U.S orders and $16 for International orders. This fee is to cover the cost of re-shipment due to incomplete address or refusal on the customer's part. Please note, we do not have control over the Postal Office returning packages.

What if I do not want to pay the re-shipment fee?

In that case, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued to your account. We send a full refund of everything except the original shipping fee. Refunds take anywhere from 5-7 business days to settle. If 7 business days have passed and you still have not received your refund, you may need to contact your bank. If we receive no response from you the customer within 5 business days, a refund will be automatically issued to your card and the items will be restocked.
